Server’s common commands:
/spawn – Teleport to spawn
/home set <name> – Create home
/home tp – Teleport to home
/back – Return to last position
/tpa <nickname> – Teleport to a player
/warp tp sand – Teleport to a desert where you can mine sand
To claim land use wooden hoe 
and to check land use stick 
You can delete all claim by typing /flan delete while inside claim
Resize claim by entering the claim and equipping wooden hoe :
To add friend to your claim, use /flan menu,
and then choose Edit permissionsgroup, select Co-Owner and click Add:
Installing Simple Voice Chat (MultiMC)
To install Simple Voice Chat, you would also need MultiMC (or other launcher)
In MultiMC, press add instance and choose version 1.20.1. Then select created instance and click Edit instance.
In an opened window, press Install Fabric and choose recommended version. Navigate to Loader mods, press Add
and then select downloaded jar file. Press launch to start the game!
